Terms & Conditions


Our terms and conditions apply to all online conditions of sale from our website. The terms are set out below. Read them before ordering. You may wish to print a copy for future reference. Other terms and conditions on our site such as our privacy policy should also be read as part of this agreement. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this site.
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is priced for GB Mainland  with extra charges to certain other areas e.g  Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and offshore Islands, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man.

We try to deliver goods when stated but cannot guarantee delivery by such date. Time is not of the essence.

Goods are subject to availability and in the event of a product not being available we will contact you to offer an alternative or to cancel your order.

We are not currently registered for VAT and no invoice for VAT will be provided

The goods are sold at the price on our web site on the date we receive the order from you. If we find a pricing error on the web site we will infom you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity, if you wish, of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you we will cancel the order. We do not charge your payment card until the goods are ready to despatch.

Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card of Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Paypal, Cheque, Cash and Direct bank transfer We aim to keep details of your order and payment secure, however, except in cases of negligence, we are not liable for any loss caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. Payment can be made offline by cheque, postal order, cash by arrangement, credit/debit card over telephone, Paypal or direct bank transfer. Please do not send any credit/debit card information by email. Only use our shop payment page which takes your payment via the secure Paypal service or telephone your payment to us on 0800 098 8051.

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you receive faulty goods we handle this in accordance with our returns policy.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order within 7 days from the day after delivery has taken place under the distance selling regulations. They must be in original packaging with all accessories , instructions and be unused. You must pay return postage costs and use a safe method of returning the goods. You are responsible for safe return of unwanted goods and we will not refund any monies until the goods are received back to us.
