This attachment fits all Kenwood mixers in the Chef and Major range using the high speed outlet (Not suitable for Kmix range)

Includes 7 high quality stainless steel discs:

Disc 1- Extra fine shredding. This disc has a rasping action for fine shredding of hard cheeses such as Parmesan as well as nuts and chocolate

Disc 2- Fine shredding. aslo for hard cheeses as well as firm fruits and vegatables

Disc 3- Course shredding, cheese, vegatables, salad, potatoe, apples and courgettes

Disc 4- Thin slicer. For potaoes, parsnips,thinly sliced onions and cucumber

Disc 5- Thick slicer for beetroot, carrots, cabbage, leeks, Courgette,onions, cheese, potatoes, bananas, apples and pears

Disc 6- Thin style chipper for producing super thin french fries, carrot sticks, cucumber etc

Disc 7- Standard chipper for french fries, apples and pears etc
