Free delivery on all GB Mainland orders of £75 and over

Orders to Guernsey and Isle of Man please contact us for delivery prices. Prices usually are between £2.95-£25 on a 5-7 days service but do vary depending on the weight and size of the item.
Free delivery is not available for these locations due to the significant extra costs charged to us. Delivery to UK Islands can take 3-7 working days depending on location and delivery time is approximate.

Please bear in mind all electrical products are fitted with a UK plug and are 230 volts AC.
We can deliver countries listed below in Europe in 5-7 working days. Please contact us for a quotation if your country is not listed below, we are working on expanding our delivery area at present.

France, Belgium & Germany - Orders below £25 cost £8.95. Orders £25-£60 cost £15 and orders over £60 cost £19.99 sent by DHL/UPS or DPD
Italy, Portugal & Spain- Orders below £25 cost £8.95. Orders £25 - £60 cost £15 and orders over £60 cost £30 sent by DHL/UPS or DPD.
Denmark,Sweden, Netherlands, Finland- Orders upto £25 cost £8.95. Orders between £25 and £60 cost £15. Orders over £60 cost £25.50 sent by DHL/UPS or DPD.
We do not deliver electrical items outside of Europe.
Returns and faulty goods:
If you have a faulty item within the first 30 days of receipt please contact us and we will send you a replacement product and arrange collection of the faulty item. We will pay all postage costs in this case. After 30 days and within the warranty period please refer to the manufacturers service advise or contact us for advice if your not sure what to do. You may also ask for a refund if you prefer which we are happy to provide without question and we will arrange for a free pick up of the item.
If you have an item that you want to return within our 30 day money back pledge, you must return it in good condition with all accessories/paperwork and packaging it came with. You are responsible for postage back to us and we strongly recommend you insure the item for loss and damage. Upon receipt of the item we will refund you for the original purchase price you paid including the delivery charge of shipping the item to you, but the cost of returning the item is not refunded.
Your statutory rights are not affected and we go much further than the standard 7 day returns period legally required for purchases bought online.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Directive (Weee)
The EU directive for all electrical and electronic waste is now in place and requires retailers to provide a free like for like take back service when you buy a new electrical or electronic product. This will either be instore or at a local amenity site or kerbside scheme.
As an internet retailer of electrical goods we are members of the Valpack Distibutor Take Back Scheme and have contributed to the £10 million fund collected from retailers to set up a national network of recycling facilities and improve civic amenity sites. All new electrical goods have a symbol of a wheelie bin with a cross through it meaning they must not be thrown away with your household rubbish at the end of their life.
In the case of goods bought from SJBDirect you should visit www.recycle-more.co.uk where you can find out more information on recycling and enter your post code to locate your local civic amenity site to take waste electrical goods. Your local council may have a kerbside collection in place in some areas.
